First time making and machining a circular dowel frame moulding.
We started with a round 34mm hard wood dowel, making a jig around it to keep the router flat and able to move across a solid and true surface we then routed the rebate.
Had to then use the chop saw over the Morso with dowel locked to a carrier jig to keep it at a constant 90 degrees. Joined and pinned it was then primed and painted white. Art work float mounted and enough room for a 6mm fillet, anti reflective art glass and 10mm sub frame.
